The tourette-like creak of a swaying tree leaps from the forest overtaking my quiet mind. Wind rushes through my helmet and I’m slain by nature’s kia. This climb is my last. I won’t ever be here again. Falling into evermore-ness I climb without effort. No need for rope or self. What’s behind me rushes forward; I’ve lost count of my deaths.
