Nothing for the eye to gaze upon;

Nothing for the eye to gaze upon; nothing for the heart to wish. Only empty, gray, barren lands. We no longer even wander. We sit on stones and listen in our hearts for salvation. And when hope arises, we watch its movement upon the stillness and know its vanity. We are watchers and waiters.

Even the barren tree hints of beauty and power, as emptiness bespeaks majesty.
