The master strikes, “What color is the cloak of the naked man?” The student, for once, lives with the dead and answers, “God is great, God is you, and you are not.” As he leaves, the air sings:
“I am the substance and the one who has no substance.”
“Which is ether itself, which has neither beginning nor end, which is subtle, motionless, formless, inactive, immutable, that pure Brahman in its natural state, unbroken, eternal, true, aware, endless, self-subsistent Bliss, non-dual Brahman.”
“His description is not contained within the intellect, for he is the Coincidence of Opposites. Wonderful Composition without composition! Wonderful freely acting Compelled One!”
“I understood that God is in things only because all things are in Him, and thus with God on the inside and God on the outside, God is a flow-through, flowing freely through all that exists; and even ‘that’ which He flows through is part of the great flow.”
“This Mind, which is without beginning, is unborn and indestructible.”
“The Self that I AM has no name, for no word that points toward Me comprehends Me. Names mean forms, whether gross or subtle, but I AM without form and, therefore, eternally nameless.”
“Everything is beingness, but I, the Absolute, am not that.”
“All that remains is All.”
